is it possible to send the generated password for .pdf encryption always
back the sender and not just the first time, when the password is generated?

That should already be the case if "Password validity interval" is set
to "0".
A new password will then be generated for every email and sent back to
the sender (assuming "Generate password to originator" is enabled).
