Can´t use mandatory password

Hi there!
Since a few days we are not able to send encrypted PDF with mandatory password.
only „generate password to originator“ works
with an own defined password the response email says „mail could not be encrypet“
the log show in this case no sender <> and no originater <>

has someone the same issue?

What do you mean with "mandatory password"? A fixed password for a
recipient?
