PDF Reply - sending a copy of the reply back to the user

Dear Ciphermail Community,

When a user send a reply through the reply form (PDF Encryption), is it
possible to send a copy of the reply (as an encrypted PDF) back to the user
for his reference?

Yes. Enable "Send CC to replier" for the global settings. Whether or not
the CC is encrypted depends on your settings. If you make the encrypt
mode of the PDF "Reply sender" mandatory then the CC will be encrypted
as well.
