PDF reply form

Hi,

While succesfully using Secure PDF option for a number of years we discovered the following "issue".
Our customers routinely reply to our secure PDFs and would like to keep some kind of a record that would
prove that the reply was indeed sent. Currently, the reply form does not have a cc or similar option to send a copy of a reply
to customer's mailbox for the record.
Is it feasible to add a cc option to PDF reply form that would send a copy of the reply (possibly as encrypted PDF or just plain message - since replies seldom needs to be encrypted)
back to the sender.
Or, may be there could be alternative ways to document the PDF replies?

I can make it optional that a CC will be sent to the replier? I'm not
sure whether it's a good idea to allow the user to provide a CC address
since this can be used for example to spam someone else. Also this make
it harder to enforce some kind of security policy. The reply itself is
processed by the gateway. The reply therefore can be encrypted if the
settings of the user says that email should be encrypted.

What about adding a PDF option something like "auto CC to replier" ?

if the option is enabled, the PDF replier will get a CC of his/her reply.

Kind regards,

That would be great!
Thank you.
