L.S.
In a particular case, the URL for the user portal in the PDF OTP/INVITE template, is missing it's domain after the %40
Example;
&pwl=16&email=Myemail(a)mydomain.com<mailto:&pwl=16&email=Myemail(a)mydomain.com> would look like &pwl=16&email=Myemail%40mydomain.com
The URL is clickable, but on the portal login screen, the @mydomain.com is missing.
After manually typing @mydomain.com, the user can loging, but the box Password id is empty.
In this mentioned case, the user opened the received email in a webmail-app using Internet Explorer 11 on a Windows 2008 machine.
Do you have any ideas on how this is possible?
Kind regards,
Maarten Bout
Are you sure the the email field in the URL looks like:
email=Myemail(a)mydomain.com<mailto:&pwl=16&email=Myemail(a)mydomain.com>
The email field contains "<mailto:" which seems to indicate that the
email address is not valid.
Kind regards,
Martijn Brinkers

Hello,
I think something went wrong in the post.
The URL I was expecting: ...&pwl=16&email=Myemail%40mydomain.com
The URL I get: ...&pwl=16&email=Myemail %40mydomain.com
The part with %40mydomain.com is not included in the url, and is displayed as plain text.
See screenshot below.

If the screenshot doesn't show, I can send it to you directly.
Kind regards,

Are you 100% certain that the sender address used does not contain a
space between the local name and the @ symbol?
Can you send the raw MIME text of the invite message directly to me?
