PDF Reply

I have enabled PDF reply, set the link to the url below (and same for
base url), and it redirects you to a login page when the link is
clicked. Are there other required settings to get PDF reply to work?

https://IPADDRESS/web/portal

Are you using the virtual appliance or did you install djigzo yourself?
if you installed it yourself, are you sure you correctly enabled web.xml
(which provides the pdf reply functionality)

Kind regards,

Martijn

I am using the appliance. Not sure though if I changed any related
settings out of the box when I was initially configuring. I will
connect a fresh copy of the appliance and review it's settings.
Thanks!

I am using the appliance, and a look at a fresh appliance didn't
reveal any settings I should be using. I verified the url below but it
still redirects to a login page. The reply link in the PDF that was
sent looks correct as it has the auth string for the env and hmac
variable, but still redirects to login page.

Thanks!

Looking at the reply URL, it looks like you have set the PDF reply URL
and not the portal URL. Can you check whether you have set the PDF reply
URL? Normally you should set the portal base URL. All other URLs will be
automatically use the portal base URL as the base of the URL. Only on
special circumstances you need to manually set the PDF reply URL.

Martijn, I set the base url for the portal and the PDF reply to
inherit and it is now working. I didn't realize it would auto create
the url, and that it was different. On a side note - the attachment
box in reply page is squished in chrome (21.0.1180.60 m) but fine in
IE (appliance Version: 2.3.1-7). Thanks for the help!

On my Chrome (Version 21.0.1180.57 on Ubuntu) it looks normal. Can you
try to clear the browser cache and refresh? If it is still squished
after a refresh can you send me a screenshot (directly to
martijn(a)djigzo.com).

Kind regards,

Martijn
