Which OpenPGP are you using?
Could it be that it does not support PGP/MIME? Try to enable PGP/INLINE for outgoing email.
Which mail client and possibly plugin to you use for OpenPGP?
i am using thunderbird and it has OpenPGP support …

Can you post the relevant MIME content of the message? So the headers and the first part of the email
Could it be that you sign the email on the desktop and then sent it via CipherMail and apply PGP signing/encryption?
