after System upgrade now i have one more error. The encryption notification mail comes with no from address. This field is now blank. What ist going wrong?

The system sender and from address (which is used by the encryption notification) is now configurable. For various technical reasons, we could not set this to a default value (because we do not know the email domain of the system).
Can you try to set the notification sender and from (see advanced settings "System sender")

I forgot to mention that the default template for encryption
notification was modified to use the old default from "postmaster":
This would use postmaster as the from (which is the old default).
You probably changed the default encryption notification template.
Instead of setting the system sender or from, you can change the From
field for the encryption notification to the above to have the old
behaviour
