Hi everyone,
I am looking for a consultant to help me get the final configuration for working. I have the latest virtual machine build up and working. I am able to send test emails and it is ready as a smart host. The SSL certificate is applied and the https login works. I would like to get PDF encryption working with the one-time-password.

You might try the commercial support from the creator of ciphermail:

Hi Elliot,

Can you send the MPA log? The MPA log should provide all the relevant details as to why the email was not encrypted.

If you are using the virtual appliance you can export all the logs using admin log export function. Then email de exported file.
