Scott, for what it's worth, I have been running Djigzo for a few months for a very small organization, and I haven't seen any problems. It just runs, and every once in a while you add some people to the db. The new version contains a CA which is really cool. I send certs to customers for them to use in their mail program. I think it's still beta, but I'm sure Martijn will give you a copy.
