I have configured postfix server, dovecot and ciphermail gateway but I cannot configure mail transfer from mail server to ciphermail gateway.

Hi,
on the server that is running postfix+dovecot, you have to set “relayhost” in the main.cf to the ip address of the ciphermail gateway.
An on the Ciphermail gateway you should add the ip of the mail server to the list of trusted networks you can do this in the admin section of the web interface.
