Charset problem on the reply site

Hi Benedikt,

I can confirm it's a bug. The reply URL wasn't UTF8 encoded (the subject
in the PDF was correctly encoded). The bug has been fixed and an
automated test has been added.

The upcoming version will have the fix. A new version will soon be
released. If you need a fixed version before the release, or if you want
to test the upcoming release, I can make a release candidate?

You are right. We are usig PDF encryption.
The recipient gets an email with all the Umlauts displayed correctly in
the subject, the body and the PDF file. He uses the embedded reply
button and sees the Djigzo reply page. The subject on the page has all
its Umlauts replaced. The other parts of the page (textbox, attachment
description) are displayed with Umlauts. The resulting answer email also
has its Umlauts replaced.
