Back-end is not running or not yet fully started up

Hello,

I'm getting this error when trying to login to the Ciphermail Web GUI. Where should I look for possible issues?

The back-end log files are stored in

/usr/share/djigzo/logs

the file /var/log/djigzo.log is symlinked to the latest log file.
