Remove Djigzo BB app

Martin,

I'am trying to remove your app from my 8900 but with no luck. OS is 5.0.0.411 and through the Applications module, I had once the possibility to remove it, but after rebooting the device, it was still there but no longer with the 'remove' option. No more chance with the BB desktop manager where it doesn't appear on the app list. Any idea ?

Hi Christian,

I'am trying to remove your app from my 8900 but with no luck.

possibility to remove it, but after rebooting the device, it was still
there but no longer with the 'remove' option.

This sounds like a BlackBerry OS bug. What do you exactly mean with
"after rebooting the device, it was still there"? Is only the icon
available or are the menu options also active in the mail application?

Kind regards,

Martijn Brinkers

Actually, it eventually disappeared after 3 reboots. After the first two ones, the app was still listed in the installed apps but I could only change the access rights - no more 'remove' button, and also active in the mail app.

Thanks anyway Martijn.

Christian
