Just out of curiousity: Which German governmental organiziation does
use S/MIME??
I have yet to see a certificate from a gov* domain in our certstore
I hope you never have to go there: ;-))
arbeitsagentur.de
They have a simple web interface to download their certificates:
https://pki1.pki.arbeitsagentur.de/vps/index.php
And they accept our client's self signed certificates!!
