Hi Users,
I am new to Ciphermail, and I am trying to setup a new configuration for my internal domain. Here is my setup: I have the Locality setup for my domain to internal and the rest for external. However when I get a PGP encrypted email, the ciphermail appliance does not decrypt it. The domain that is sending me the email it setup an external, and I have the public key installed on the ciphermail appliance, any suggestions would be great.
Thanks,
Rafael
Hi Rafael,
I am new to Ciphermail, and I am trying to setup a new configuration
for my internal domain. Here is my setup: I have the Locality setup
for my domain to internal and the rest for external. However when I
get a PGP encrypted email, the ciphermail appliance does not decrypt
it. The domain that is sending me the email it setup an external, and

Is the email PGP/INLINE encrypted?
If so, did you select "Incoming PGP/INLINE enabled"?
With PGP/INLINE, aka PGP traditional, encrypted blobs are embedded
within the text part. This requires scanning of the complete email since
there can be a PGP part anywhere. For performance reasons it is disabled
by default, since not everyone needs to support PGP, and you need to
explicitly enable it if you want to decrypt PGP/INLINE.
Hopefully this solves it. If not can you directly send me a part of the
MPA log showing the handling of the incoming message?
Kind regards,
