When trying to send out encrypted (PDF) e-mail by setting the subject trigger like below in the MPA log:

INFO OTP is disabled for the recipient(s); MailID: b33c3ace-f4aa-4476-8fbf-2acdd68561c8; Recipients: [someone@domain.tld]

I have verified that OTP enabled is set in Global and domain but still getting the error.

Any idea what else I can check?
