is it possible to change the default locale when accessing the portal?
The default locale is taken from the configured locale in the browser.
If the user changes the detected locale, a cookie will store the
selected language. There is currently no way to change the default
locale. Having such an option would also imply that it ignores the
locale from the browser. Could it be that your browser is configured for
the English language?
